In November 2023 Bastion formalized a partnership with a Huntsville-area integration firm to host Americas customer training, NetGuard assembly support, and sustainment spares—today’s Huntsville hub in embryonic form.
The logic was geographic: European factories could not forever fly every U.S. and partner-Americas technician to Zurich for courseware.
Initial courses covered C-UAS mast erecting, Clarity maintenance, and export-compliance briefings for dual-national teams.
After the 2024 investor sale, the hub remained a priority—proof that partnerships, not only equity, carried Bastion’s footprint.
