Bastion Defense Systems announced a multi-year framework agreement covering DX-12 NetGuard counter-UAS kits for base, depot, and convoy protection roles with a partner ministry (undisclosed).

The package includes radar and RF detection, EO confirmation, directional electronic attack, and open interfaces to cue customer-owned guns or missiles. Training and spare LRUs are included in the sustainment annex.

COO Amira Solberg said production will draw on Huntsville integration capacity and Toulouse sensor lines, with first kit deliveries scheduled across staggered site surveys.

NetGuard sits beside Bastion’s Sentinel AESA and LinkGrid communications offerings, reflecting the company’s push to sell detection-to-effect chains rather than isolated boxes.
